2009 (February). Consultant to Seoul National University of Technology (Korea). Agriculture and education: Fusion of old and new. A paper especially for faculty and students of Seoul National University of Technology.

2008 Deputy Team Leader, Iraqi Advisory Group. Building on Dr. Norman Borlaug’s work, Team Borlaug provided agricultural development assessments to MND-C commanders and units with best solutions for priority activities using agricultural science and technology in eight southern Iraqi provinces—Babil, Dia Qhr, Diwaniyah, Karbala, Mayson, Muthana, Najaf and Wasit. 2006-07 Resident Advisor. Armenian State Agrarian University. Yerevan Armenia. Advisor to the Rector on matters of education, research, extension and administration related to the adoption and accommodation of the EU higher education standards recognized by the Bologna Convention and following amendments.     International Sabbatical: 2005 Professional development and sabbatical study for three months in four locations: Instituto Tecnologico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey in Monterrey Mexico; Wageningen University RC in Wageningen the Netherlands; the American Farm School and the European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training (CEDEFOP) in Thessaloniki Greece; and the University of Melbourne, Monash University & Charles Sturt University in Victoria & New South Wales, Australia. The Jan–Dec 2005 study investigated alternative business models for eLearning, collected alternative instructional designs and delivery strategies, examined new technologies for adult learning in rural settings and identified relevant partners for international collaboration.
