    International Sabbatical: 2005 Professional development and sabbatical study for three months in four locations: Instituto Tecnologico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey in Monterrey Mexico; Wageningen University RC in Wageningen the Netherlands; the American Farm School and the European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training (CEDEFOP) in Thessaloniki Greece; and the University of Melbourne, Monash University & Charles Sturt University in Victoria & New South Wales, Australia. The Jan–Dec 2005 study investigated alternative business models for eLearning, collected alternative instructional designs and delivery strategies, examined new technologies for adult learning in rural settings and identified relevant partners for international collaboration.
